I ran across a recipe for red velvet whoopie pies on the the Brown-Eyed bakers blog... If you haven't visited it, you should, I have tried a few of her recipes and have yet to be dissappointed, everything i've had is pretty close to AMAZING. They looked delicious, but at my house they wouldn't of been eaten, so I decided to enlist the help of my 5 year old baker friend.... thank you Jessica for supplying the kitchen, and for supplying me with an assistant! haha! ;)
