Happy Birthday Ella Bella!!

Miss Ella turned 4, and it was the perfect reason to celebrate.... Ella had a "Whale of a party".... the party was lots of fun as always... Thanks Jessica and Bobby for such a great party, V's still talking about it!! haha!! the only thing i'm bummed about, is that I wasn't "brave" enough to go down the slide.... maybe next time, the summer's long right?? lol!! There was a sandbox too, it was seriously great, and the kids were entertained in there for long periods of time!! can you tell it was a "water park" type of party??

Hahaha!!! I guess Brandt got hot, and he thought it appropriate to cool his feet off in the ice water meant for the drinks.... hey why not?? ;)

Feeding the ducks!!

Bea and the girls have been here for 3 weeks, and we've had a lot of fun while they've been here.... I'm a little behind on the blogging business... But I'll catch up eventually!! ;) hahaha!!! Thursdays were MJ's day's..... it's my full day off, so we took full advantage! :) we decided on the first thursday that lunch was necessary, and what better place than Oscar's?? how could we turn down good food and a good ol' duck feeding??? The day was perfect too.... :) Vides and I feeding the ducks.... she was so excited, can you tell?? haha! Say Cheese MJ!!!

She was telling me about the duck with the crazy hair, and I was really interested!! lol!!!

Then she decided that she'd try and get his attention by throwing the bread, "as far as she could"..... "watch this!"

..... she loved feeding the ducks..... then I heard her say, "one for you, and one for me!" appearantlyh she was "sharing" the breadsticks with the ducks.... too funny!!! I've decided that I LOVE this age!

A fun time was had by all.... Vides says she can't wait to go back and feed the ducks.... maybe next time!! ;)

Calla Lilies, Carnations, and Roses....

Week 2 of cake decorating class....

WOW!!!! just like that week 2 of our fondant and gum paste class came and went.... (last tuesday) :( I'm having such a good time, I don't really think I thought I would enjoy it so much! :) Week 2 was all about flowers.... :) The calla lilies, were so cute, but definitly not easy to make, even though I did make 2 of them!!

Step 1 of the calla lilie, "faninng" out the edges....

Not bad for being the first one! :)

Roses were next.... the first step!! :)

YAY!!! my first rose.... I was so proud of it, I could hardly contain myself!! ;)

Then we moved on to carnations..... definitly the MOST time consuming of them all.... not sure I will be making more of these guys, at least not out of fondant or gum paste!! ;)
